Q: Missing order confirmation?
A: First check spam/junk folders. Still missing? Email us with your name + order details to verify.

Q: Can I change/cancel my order?
A: Orders process instantly after payment. Changes/cancellations are rarely possible but contact us immediately to try. If unsuccessful, you may return unused items (see Return Policy).

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Cash App, Afterpay, Affirm.
 Note: Buy-Now-Pay-Later returns refunded as store credit.
→ Expired cards? Refunds issued as store credit.

Q: Do you price match?
A: Yes! Email us within 10 days of purchase if you find a lower price on the same item. Valid for identical products only.

A: Track via your shipping email. USA orders: 3-5 business days. International: 10-21 business days. Delays? Contact us!

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers cover return costs unless item is defective/wrong (contact us within 48 hours of delivery).

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We don’t do direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order.

Q: Can I return online purchases in-store?
A: No – online orders must be mailed to our Minneapolis return center.

Q: What about damaged/wrong items?
A: Email photos within 48 hours of delivery! We’ll cover return shipping + fix the issue.
